Why we should meditate/exercise everyday


Meditation is a practice which helps human being or individual focus on a particular object which helps in increasing awareness attention and concentration. It comes the mind body and soul and gives stable and mental clarity.
Research conducted in Canada States that meditating for a minimum 10 minutes while sitting still and concentrating on your breathing can help you get through the day with Ease.
 It is even said that meditation can be done anywhere and at anytime but the most effective time is 30 minutes after you wake up or 30 minutes before your breakfast.  For a beginner it is advised to concentrate on Deep breathing for a minimum of 5 minutes to get your day started as for beginners it is really difficult to focus and relieve the mind from thinking any further. 
Meditation are of 7 different types is recommended start from basic. The seven types of meditations are yoga, chakra meditation, Metta meditation, transcendental, guided meditation, Vipassana meditation and mindfulness meditation.
Doing meditation on a daily basis can make a person mentally fit and stable as it relieve stress and any kind of negative thoughts taking over a person.
